Borobudur Tourism Revitalization achieve 10 billion USD

Tidar Heritage Foundation (THF) as the organizers expect Revitalization Program Cultural Tourism Potential around Borobudur Magelang Central Java on long-term target of foreign exchange for 10 billion U.S. dollars from 10 million foreign tourists (tourists) who come.

"Through this program, the long term we hope to attract 10 million foreign tourists for at least three years. And it will generate 10 billion U.S. dollars," said Board THF, which was accompanied by SD Darmono Culture and Tourism Jero Wacik and THF Board in Jakarta, tuesday.

For the implementation of revitalization programs in the Cultural Tourism Potential around Borobudur in February 2008, Darmono said it targets to attract one million foreign tourists and bring in foreign exchange of about one billion U.S. dollars.

THF is a charity which initiated a series of tourism programs around Borobudur, Magelang and Central Java to increase the number of domestic and foreign tourists to these areas.
